Support for existing Cloud subscribers.
Cloud is closed to new subscriptions. Existing customers keep their service, current pricing, license benefits, and account controls. No subscription is canceled by this change.
Use your existing subscription
- Paste a Cloud-plan license key and name this Mac.
- Select Capper Cloud as your processing choice.
- Confirm the displayed credit balance before making a Cloud request.
Existing plans and monthly credits
These are retained plans, not offers for new purchases. Your existing subscription continues renewing until you cancel.
- Starter: $5 per month with 250 Cloud credits.
- Pro: $12 per month with 1,000 Cloud credits.
- Max: $29 per month with 3,000 Cloud credits.
Most completed edits use one credit. Unusually large instructions or selections can use more. Capper checks and reserves the required credits first, and stops at zero without an overage charge.
Switch between Cloud and Local
Change your processing choice in Capper Settings. On this Mac uses embedded local processing. External providers remain under Advanced. Local requests do not consume Cloud credits and never fall back to Cloud automatically.
Cloud subscriptions include Local while active, not a permanent one-time Local purchase. After the subscription ends, continued paid Local access requires a separate one-time license.
Account controls
The License section in Settings shows the current credit balance and renewal date. Use Refresh Account to reload it or Manage Subscription to open the Polar customer portal.
You can cancel online in that portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; deleting Capper does not cancel your subscription. Your Polar receipt email also links to the portal if you cannot open the app.
